Buy Your Next Set Of Touring Tires at Protrans Automotive & Transmission Specialists
At Protrans Automotive & Transmission Specialists we know performance. Performance cars and trucks need a set of tires that offer a better grip and handling. A touring set of tires is designed to deliver both a comfortable ride and more responsive handling than traditional all-season tires on Riverside roads and the highway. Luxury versions of touring tires offer extra layers of rubber cushion to reduce road vibration and impacts. Visit Protrans Automotive & Transmission Specialists today at 3420 Gato Ct and let us help you find the perfect touring tires for your vehicle at an affordable price.
The excellent handling and performance of touring tires are attributed to specially engineered asymmetrical tread patterns. Touring tires also sport a higher speed rating than all-season tires. In rainy conditions, a touring tire leverages deep grooves and blades to channel water away from the tire. With wear, the tire tread blades become more shallow and will open up to become wider grooves. Grooves widen to help displace water on the road as your tire wears.
Affording a new set of touring tires has never been easier at Protrans Automotive & Transmission Specialists. Touring tires cost more than all-season tires but the price of a set of touring tires may be less than you think with manufacturer rebates. Most name-brand tire manufacturers offer rebates off the price of touring tires. This helps you keep the cost of a new set of tires low.
Give us a call today at 951-367-7400 and ask us about the cost of a set of tires with a manufacturer rebate. Our tire specialists are here for you.

Randy Bednorz, 07/24/2025A 2025 UPDATE TO MY PROTRANS REVIEW My orphaned ISUZU SUV is now more than 30 years old. Neither the engine (208,000 odo miles) nor the transmission (70,000 odo miles) show any indication of wear, oil consumption or degraded performance. Last year, we upgraded all the engine sensors and the HO2 sensor on the cat converter. This cost me some ducats, but the vehicle runs like brand new, starts the minute you twist the key -- cold, warm or hot. Gas consumption is still factory spec. We've recently replaced the front wheel bearings and rebuilt the steering gear-box. ProTrans has continued to give me stellar support and advice. They've been worth every penny so far. If something goes wrong during the process of a repair, they'll correct it without further charge. I've been thinking to buy a new or pre-owned/lo-miles ride for several years now, and I've been ready to execute my plan for a Toyota hybrid. I just don't have to do it this year. So I'm putting it off. Again. =======================================
