He made it clear that this was the best-case scenario, but didn’t guarantee it, just gave me honest, straightforward information. They performed the transmission fluid service, and it worked perfectly. Problem gone. What really stood out to me is that they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive repair, and I wouldn’t have known any better. Instead, they chose honesty and did what was best for me.
